Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Surveyor / Field Engineer / Safety Coordinator (preferred) to support the continued growth of our construction operations in the Austin and San Antonio markets. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in the field, values precision, and understands the importance of construction safety and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Perform construction and boundary surveys using robotic total stations, GPS, and levels
Verify accuracy of field measurements and maintain clear, accurate records, sketches, and field notes
Perform survey calculations and manage data uploads/downloads
Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and clients
Follow and promote OSHA and site-specific safety protocols at all job sites
Assist with layout and field engineering support as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Construction Engineering degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of surveying or field engineering experience
3–5 years of construction safety experience (preferred)
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
Working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred) and Microsoft Office
Experience with robotic total stations, laser scanners, and data collectors, GPS
Ability to self-perform tasks with minimal supervision
Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License (required)

Our headquarters is located in Wimberley, TX. Job sites are located throughout North Austin to South San Antonio, with travel conducted in a company-provided vehicle.
